How do you work out my quote?
The package, the options you add, travel beyond the included perimeter, and any extra hours. Everything is itemised line by line in the estimate you receive: nothing new appears on the day of the official quote.
Why aren't the prices shown?
Because a wedding price only makes sense once we know your date, your venue, the number of guests and what you want to experience. A figure shown out of context tells you nothing useful: it makes you compare things that simply don't compare. Describe your wedding to us in two minutes and you'll receive an estimate that truly matches what we'll do for you.
What if my budget is lower?
Say so openly in your request, with the budget you have in mind. We adapt by removing options, or by starting from a lighter package for a wedding of fewer than 100 guests. There is a floor below which we don't go — that of a genuinely professional service — but between the two there is room, and we'll talk it through.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes: 30% on signing, 35% thirty days before, 35% the day before, on request. Payment is by Wero or bank transfer, with no fees for you.
Can we pay from abroad?
Yes. The deposit and the balance are paid by bank transfer to a French IBAN, with no fees on our side. A standard SEPA transfer from a euro account, or a service such as Wise or Revolut, arrives within the day. Every amount is written on your quote and your contract in euros.
